The newly curetted menu promised to elevate the gastronomic adventure for its patrons, featuring a selection of innovative and meticulously crafted dishes that blended contemporary culinary techniques with classic flavors. Each dish was designed to captivate the senses and redefine the dining experience at The Yellow Turtle, ensuring a memorable evening for all guests.
The launch featured a selection of dishes, including mocktails such as Fantasy Island Special and Vietnamese Coffee. The dim sum offerings included Lobster XO Dumplings and Truffle Edamame and Avocado Dim sum. Appetizers featured Katsu Chicken, Nigima Yakitori Leak Chicken Skewer with Jasmine Rice, and Lobster Thermidor. Additionally, guests could choose from one ramen option and enjoy a Clay Pot Mushroom, Avocado, and Pok Choy in Spicy Oyster Sauce. The dessert highlighted was Thai Coconut Milk Pudding.
