With India’s leather export market projected to surpass USD 6 billion in 2025–26, ILPA members are poised to play a pivotal role in driving innovation, exports, and employment across the sector. ILPA President Arjun Mukund Kulkarni said, “Leather on the Ramp is not just a fashion event—it’s a reflection of India’s evolving leather story. We are merging sustainability with style and preparing our youth to lead the global leather movement.” Echoing this vision, Akash Nayyar, Chairman of the ILPA Fashion Show Committee, added that the 2025 edition aims to position the event as a global brand through international collaborations, dynamic marketing, and cutting-edge design. As Leather on the Ramp 2025 prepares to dazzle Kolkata, it stands as a celebration of India’s craftsmanship, innovation, and a future where sustainability walks hand in hand with luxury.
