TAPASH Roy,Kolkata, 17 December 2025: CREDAI Kolkata, the apex body representing real estate developers of the city, hosted the 9th edition of the CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025, recognising excellence, innovation and leadership in the real estate sector across Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas. The awards have consistently celebrated projects and professionals who have played a key role in shaping the region’s evolving real estate landscape.
The glittering evening saw the presence of renowned stand-up comedian, writer and YouTuber Biswa Kalyan Rath, along with Mr Apurva Salarpuria, President, CREDAI Kolkata. Vice Presidents Mr Ashok Saraf and Mr Pramod Ranjan Dwivedi also attended the event, joined by leading real estate developers from across the city, making it a memorable celebration of industry excellence and collective achievement.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Apurva Salarpuria said the CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards have become a benchmark for real estate excellence in the city, driven by the spirit, commitment and quality delivered by member developers. He emphasised that the awards stand out for their fairness, transparency and integrity, further strengthened by Ernst and Young acting as official tabulators and the presence of an independent jury, ensuring a completely merit-based recognition.
