India Autism Center Signs MoU with Ruskin Mill Trust to Advance Neurodiversity Support

ATNN:India Autism Center has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ruskin Mill Trust of Nailsworth, England, marking a significant step toward strengthening neurodiversity care and education in India. The MoU, formalised on 25 November 2025, aims to enhance long-term collaboration between the two organisations and expand access to educational, developmental and therapeutic support for autistic and other neurodiverse individuals. As part of the partnership, both organisations will undertake extensive knowledge sharing involving research reports, case studies and operational frameworks to help refine global best practices. A major focus of the collaboration is the joint development of specialised vocational training programmes designed to build life skills and workplace readiness, with the goal of improving employability outcomes for neurodiverse people. The agreement also enables shared access to data, resources and emerging technologies to strengthen innovation across service areas. Speaking on the partnership, Jaishankar Natarajan, Chief Executive Officer and Director of India Autism Center, said the collaboration would help integrate international expertise into IAC’s programmes and open new avenues for training and developmental support. Keith Griffiths, Academic Director of Ruskin Mill Centre for Practice and Hiram Education and Research Team, expressed enthusiasm for the relationship, noting the Trust’s four decades of experience in working with young adults on the autism spectrum. Through this strategic alliance, the two organisations aim to expand structural capacities, improve service offerings and build sustainable pathways that enhance quality of life, learning outcomes and long-term independence for neurodiverse individuals.
