ATNN,KOLKATA:PRITHVI 2.0 at SPK Jain Futuristic Academy turned Kolkata’s academic landscape vibrant as young innovators transformed the campus into a laboratory of ideas, invention, and imagination. Held on 22 November 2025, the inter-school science fest brought together students from across the city who showcased live experiments, interactive models and sustainable solutions rooted in real-world thinking. The event was inaugurated in the presence of Shri Babul Supriyo, Minister of Information Technology and Electronics of West Bengal, and Shri Shashank Dwivedi, Additional CGST Commissioner, along with education leaders Manoshi Roychowdhury of Techno India Group and Dr. Suman Sood of B.D. Memorial International School. The occasion was further enriched by the presence of Sri Sardarmull Kankaria, President of Shree Shwetambar Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha, and several distinguished members of the Sabha whose involvement underscored their longstanding commitment to social and educational advancement. Principal Dr. Jayeeta Ganguly highlighted the significance of experiential learning, noting that PRITHVI 2.0 reaffirmed the role of educators in nurturing the spark of innovation within every child, while Secretary Sri Jaideep Patwa emphasized the school’s dedication to curiosity-driven, future-ready education. Projects spanned Earth Sciences, Sustainability, STEM, Information Technology, Bio & Nutrition and Psychology, offering visitors an immersive experience of creative thinking and scientific exploration. Organised under the flagship initiative of Shree Shwetambar Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha, the fest concluded with strong participation, inspiring discussions and a renewed belief in learning that prepares children to imagine, innovate and lead. The Sabha, with nearly a century of service in education and community development, continues to uphold its vision of blending traditional values with modern pedagogy through institutions like SPK Jain Futuristic Academy.
