The event was graced by an eminent group of women leaders and professionals including Dr. Arundhati Sarkar, MRA Nandini Bhattacharjee, Ms Monalisa Mukherji, Dr. Amrita Panda, Mansi Sanghvi Bhayani, Sumitra Paul Bakshi, Ms Nandini Gupta and Ms Paromita Ghosh, whose presence reflected strength, dedication and impact across fields such as psychology, entrepreneurship, social advocacy, creative industries and community leadership, adding depth and significance to the celebration. Speaking on the occasion, Madhuri Sarda, Founder and Counselling Psychologist of Annantaa, said that the celebration was a tribute to women who lead with courage, empathy and inner strength irrespective of their profession, adding that true leadership begins within and emotionally empowered women create waves of positive transformation wherever they go. Vidhi Bansal, Co-Founder and Psychotherapist at Annantaa, shared that International Women’s Day is not only about recognition but also reflection and responsibility, and by honouring women from different walks of life the initiative aimed to highlight that emotional well-being, resilience and self-awareness are universal strengths that help women realise their fullest potential when they feel seen, supported and aligned with their purpose.
